Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: October 4, 2026

PayWicket is committed to providing accessible services to all customers regardless of disability status, consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

Our commitment

We want everyone, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, and keyboard‑only navigation, to be able to learn about PayWicket, create an account, and complete a payment. We design and test against WCAG 2.1 Level AA and treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility, not a one‑time project.

Conformance status

PayWicket's website and hosted checkout are designed to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Our pages are evaluated with automated accessibility testing on every release and reviewed manually for keyboard navigation, focus visibility, color contrast, and screen‑reader labeling.

Measures we take

Known limitations

Card payments are completed inside a secure form provided by our licensed payment partner, and identity verification, when required, is provided by that partner's vendor. We select partners that publish their own accessibility commitments, but we do not control the code of those embedded components. If you encounter a barrier inside a card or identity step, contact us and we will help you complete your payment another way.

Feedback and assistance

If you experience any difficulty accessing PayWicket, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us. We aim to respond within two business days and will work with you to provide the information or complete the transaction you need.

Technical specifications

PayWicket relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI‑ARIA, and is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and assistive technologies, including VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, and TalkBack.
